Vincent Herbert (born December 31, 1969) is a writer, producer and founder of Streamline Records. He worked with artists such as Tatyana Ali, Toni Braxton, Destiny's Child, JoJo, Aaliyah and Lady Gaga.
In 2007, Rob Fusari decided to send the songs he worked with Gaga to his friend, producer and record executive, Vincent Herbert. Herbert was quick to sign her to his label Streamline Records, an imprint of Interscope RecordS, upon its establishment in 2007.
On May 2, 2009 at the final performance on the U.S. leg of her "Fame Ball" Tour, Lady Gaga was presented a Gold Plaque for her debut album "The Fame" by Vincent Herbert.
