Cynthia Louise (née Bissett) Germanotta, married to Joseph Germanotta, is the mother of Stefani Germanotta and Natali Germanotta. She was born in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia and grew up in the cities of McMechen and Glen Dale in Marshall County, West Virginia. She graduated from John Marshall High School in Glen Dale in 1972. She graduated from West Virginia University in 1976. She is the daughter of Paul Douglas Bissett and Veronica Rose "Ronnie" (nee Ferrie) Bissett, who were both born and raised in Benwood, Marshall County, West Virginia. They married in McMechen, Marshall County, West Virginia on January 2, 1950. Cynthia Louise "Cindy" Bissett Germanotta has two siblings - an older brother, Paul Douglas "Doug" Bissett, Jr., and a younger sister, Cheryl Ann "Sheri" Bissett Cates.

Natali Veronica Germanotta born March 10th, 1992, in New York City, is the younger sister to Stefani Germanotta (Lady Gaga), and daughter to Joseph Germanotta and Cynthia Germanotta.

In 2010, Natali made a cameo as a prisoner inmate in Gaga's music video for Telephone.
Both Natali and Stefani attended the same school, Convent of the Sacred Heart.
Natali is currently in her first year, majoring in fashion design at Parsons The New School for Design in New York City.
